What is Gift Aid?

Gift Aid is a government scheme that allows us to reclaim the basic rate tax you pay as a UK taxpayer.
It means that we can claim 25p of tax for every £1 you donate at no extra cost to you. All you need to do is make a Gift Aid declaration.

How to make a Gift Aid declaration

There are three different ways you can make a Gift Aid declaration:

⦁ Tick the Gift Aid box when you donate.
⦁ Fill in our online Gift Aid form.
⦁ Call 0300 0000000 to make a declaration over the phone.

Once completed, please remember to let us know of any changes to your tax status, including changes to your name and address, so we can ensure that no further claims are made against your donations.

GIFT AID FORM

Please complete the Gift Aid declaration below and submit.

Thank you for choosing to Gift Aid your donations!

Gift Aid is one of the simplest and most effective ways of making your donations go further, as it allows us to reclaim the basic rate tax you have already paid on your donations as a UK taxpayer.

It means that for every £1 you donate we can claim an extra 25p of tax, at no extra cost to you. All you need to do is complete the form below.

You just need to have paid enough tax to cover the Gift Aid donations you make in the tax year.

You can cancel your declaration at any time simply by getting in touch, either by calling us on 0300 000 0000 or by sending an email with your details to: information@secuk.org . For full details of the Gift Aid scheme, please visit: www.hmrc.gov.uk/individuals.
